Due to Hurricane Helene, CITYSERVE 2024 has been revamped to better the needs of our community.
The "Hurricane Helene Heroes" event will replace the annual City Serve cleanup and will be organized by a coalition of dedicated community partners, including City Hope Alliance, the Richmond County Marshal’s Office, Augusta Fire/EMA, the Office of Mayor Garnett L. John, the Richmond County Sheriff's Office, City of Augusta 311, Savannah Riverkeeper, Resourced Augusta, Alleluia Community, and many others.
This free community celebration will feature live music, a kid’s corner, food trucks, and special recognition for first responders, city officials, and local heroes.
Our goal is to cultivate unity and honor the incredible spirit of our community.
